Payment Options
We accept credit cards and debit cards during checkout through Paypal (Paypal account not required; it is optional). We also accept the following cryptocurrencies: NANO, XMR, LTC, BCH, DGB, DASH, and XLM. We have chosen these currencies primarily because of their low transaction fees and design features. All orders paid in cryptocurrency have the option to receive a 3% discount by using discount code CRYPTO during checkout. We save on processing fees with crypto, and get to pass along the savings to you. If not paying with crypto, please do not use this coupon code or we will have to cancel and refund your order.
Shipping
- Products are made-to-order and have a small production lead time. Your order will usually ship in 3-4 days and have a transit time that varies based on your location. Your order will ship from the closest warehouse to your location. Tracking will be emailed to you.
- We tried to come up with the most simple and fair way of charging shipping for customers all over the world. Here’s how we charge shipping based on your delivery locations and items ordered. Just pay a single flat rate shipping price for the item in your cart with the highest flat rate shipping rate to your shipping region (see our table below). All additional items added to your order ship free. For example, if you add a sweatshirt and two t-shirts to your order, the sweatshirt flat rate shipping would have the highest rate. You would pay the one flat rate shipping price for the sweatshirt and the t-shirts would not cost you extra.
- Any customs fees charged by your country will need to be paid by you in order to get the package. Otherwise, the package could be discarded or returned to sender.
- Standard shipping speeds (any issues with your country’s customs process may delay delivery further):
- USA to USA: 3-4 days processing time, 4-10 days transit time. Priority mail option for faster delivery (1-3 days transit time usually).
- USA to International: 3-4 days processing time, and most countries are expected to deliver in 2-4 weeks
- To repeat: You pay one flat rate shipping price to your location (based on the item in your cart with the highest flat rate shipping price); additional items in the cart ship free.

Returns
- Defective/Damaged product: Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product you received. We can offer you a no charge replacement or refund on your order. Must report within 10 days of delivery
- Package lost in transit: We can offer you a replacement or refund on your order. Must report within 21 days of estimated delivery for tracking.
- Package returned to sender: When the package isn’t able to be delivered due to an incorrect address, the shipping company may “return to sender.” We’ll contact you for an updated address or delivery specifics and send an online invoice for re-shipping.
- Never received your package? If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will reprint and resend it once the estimated time for delivery on the tracking has passed (15 working days after the shipping date), without any additional fee.
- No longer wanted? Buyer’s remorse? Changed your mind? We want happy customers. Because every product is custom made for you, we’ll take losses on products you no longer want. We might not be able to sell it to another customer because of its custom design. But, to return a product you no longer want, we ask that you pay return shipping postage, and original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We can provide a USPS return shipping label quote or you can choose your own shipping company for the return.
